Articulated Dragon Robot With Moving Jaws

Part beast, part machine. The silhouette is the one everybody recognises, long neck, spined back, tapering tail, but it has been rebuilt out of panels and hard edges so it reads as engineering rather than biology, with a jaw that works as a hinge and a body given over to plated segments. Articulated dragons are the workhorse of the desk-toy shelf, and the mechanical treatment sets this one apart from the usual scaled version: it comes across as a robot that happens to be a dragon, rather than a dragon wearing armour. That makes it a better match for a shelf leaning sci-fi than for a fantasy one. Good for fidgeting, gifting and display, and reliably the model that stops people at a maker-fair table.
