Decimator Engine

Daemon engines live in the ugly middle ground between vehicle and monster, and the Decimator pattern leans hard into it: a heavy bipedal walker, hunched over a squat armoured hull, built as a weapons platform first and a body second. In the grimdark setting these are war machines with something bound inside them, dragged out when a fortified position needs breaking and nothing subtler will do. On the tabletop it fills the heavy slot — a big, expensive threat that draws fire on the way in and wrecks whatever it reaches. That makes it a natural proxy for a Chaos warband that already has infantry and wants a centrepiece with more menace than a standard chassis. It arrives as a multi-part kit across fourteen files, which suits collectors who enjoy the build and painters who want to get at the surfaces before everything closes up.
