The contour was sketched specifically for the way FDM lays plastic in vase mode, so the surface ends up reading as intentional rather than as layer lines you're tolerating. Dried arrangements need no liner. Fresh flowers want a glass cylinder inside. Spray with a satin clear coat to deepen the colour and seal the surface.
