A decorative vessel built on a continuous spiralling wall, the shape rising from a narrow foot and opening gradually towards the rim so the profile stays soft rather than cylindrical. The twist in the wall catches light along its ridges and throws a shallow shadow behind each turn, which gives the piece texture without any applied pattern. It belongs on a shelf, a windowsill or the end of a mantelpiece, and it works as well empty as it does holding dried grasses, pampas stems or a few artificial branches. The simple silhouette means it does not compete with whatever is already sitting alongside it. A single-file model with no assembly, and an easy one to run more than once at different scales if you would rather have a matched group than a lone ornament.
