Description

A pocket-sized creature with a cracked-shell back, built to snap together. This multi-part keyring prints as a little stylised beaked creature: a tapering snout at the front rises into a domed back rendered as an open Voronoi lattice — a web of irregular cells that lets light through and shows off clean printing. The kit is modular rather than one solid blob: two body halves (A and B), a separate eye plus an eye holder, a snap-fit connector, a key hook, and a wall clip. That means you can print the eye in a contrast colour, clip the whole thing to a bag or lanyard, or park it on a wall hook by the door. It's an easy, satisfying EDC gift or maker-fair giveaway — the sort of thing that starts a conversation about how it was made. Print notes • FDM handles this well; the open lattice usually prints support-free if the domed back faces up. • Dial in snap-fit tolerance (start ~0.2mm clearance) on a test before committing the whole set. • The small eye and hook parts print fastest laid flat; batch them on one plate. • A translucent or silk filament makes the Voronoi shell glow nicely in the light.
