Cinnamon Star

A soft, rippling-edged cutter that stamps out a cloud-like scalloped shape. Whatever the name suggests, the image is not a pointed star — it is a cookie cutter with a gently lobed, wavy outline, rendered here in dusky rose. The wall undulates around the whole perimeter in a series of rounded bumps and dips, giving a fluffy, blossom-or-cloud silhouette with a tall clean cutting edge and a slightly rounded top rim that is kind on the hands. The interior is a single open cavity, so it cuts one continuous shape — no internal detail lines to clog with dough. It is a friendly all-rounder for the home baker: sugar cookies and gingerbread, of course, but also fondant plaques, marzipan, salt dough ornaments and playdough for little hands. The rounded, organic form works for cloud-themed parties, flower or festive bakes, and anything that wants a softer edge than a sharp geometric cutter. Print notes: • Print flat with the cutting edge upward; no supports required. • Use food-safe PLA or PETG and stick to a smooth, sealed surface; hand-wash in warm water rather than the dishwasher. • 2–3 perimeters give a firm wall, and a slightly wider top rim (already modelled here) makes it comfortable to press. • Scale to taste — larger for centrepiece biscuits, smaller for a batch of bite-size treats.
