Llavero Corazón Lego

A heart worked in the blocky, studded vocabulary of construction bricks: the outline kept soft and familiar, the surface broken into rows of little cylinders that anyone who grew up with a tub of bricks could identify by touch alone. Llavero is simply Spanish for keyring, and that is the job here, a small token for a set of house keys, a rucksack zip or a bag strap. It lands as the kind of gift that takes very little to produce and still means something. Valentine's, an anniversary, a note for somebody who liked building things as a child and never entirely stopped.
