Print notes: • Print upright, cutting edge up, in a food-safe-handled PLA or PETG; a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.16 mm layers keeps the blade crisp. • Two or three perimeters and 15-20% infill make a wall stiff enough to push through firm dough without flexing. • Leave the cutting edge unironed and lightly sand the top rim so it is comfortable to press. • Because the eyes and mouth are open stamps, flour the cutter or chill the dough so the internal detail releases cleanly. • For genuine food contact use a food-safe sealer, or treat it as a one-session cutter and hand-wash - hot dishwasher cycles will warp PLA.
