Music Headphone Stand

Headphones left flat on a desk get sat on, tangled and gradually dusty. A dedicated stand deals with that, and this one takes the form of an arch with a music motif worked into it, so it reads as part of a considered desk rather than as a piece of office equipment. The audience is obvious enough: anyone with a decent pair of over-ear cans and nowhere sensible to put them. Gaming desks, home studios, the corner of a bedroom where the work and the listening happen in the same square metre. Giving headphones somewhere to go at the end of the evening is usually all it takes to stop them being treated as clutter. As a compact two-file print it belongs to that useful category of desk objects people make in their first month with a machine and are still using years later.
