A 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.2 mm layers is plenty. • Use a food-safe filament (PETG or PLA) and consider a food-safe sealant if the dough contacts it repeatedly; hand-wash only, don't put it through a hot dishwasher. • Keep the wall around 2 perimeters — thin enough to cut cleanly, strong enough not to flex. • Print several and they'll tessellate into a full interlocking tray of cookies.
