Tiro Al Blanco

The name is Spanish for a shooting gallery's target, and that is what the cutter shapes: the concentric bullseye you find on a range card, a fairground stall or the wall behind a dartboard. It suits birthday tables with an archery, shooting-club or spy-caper theme, and it earns its place anywhere the joke is the aim rather than the sweet, from a quiz night to a scout group's target practice.
