The layered stepped walls in the render are simply the print stratification of a tall, thin-walled cutter. Print notes • Print upright with the sharp cutting edge facing up off the bed; food-safe PLA or PETG is the usual choice. • Use several thin perimeters (three or more) and a fine layer height, 0.12 to 0.16mm, to keep the internal emblem detail readable in the dough. • No supports needed; the walls are self-supporting. • For a clean release, dust with flour and consider a light sand or food-safe sealer on the cutting face.
