Description
A little lizard caught mid-scamper across your finger. Bague lezard simple translates as "simple lizard ring," and that's exactly the charm here: a slim open band with a gecko or wall-lizard sculpted across the top. The creature is rendered in clean silhouette — splayed four-toed feet gripping the shoulders of the band, a rounded snout, an arched back, and a long tail that sweeps down and merges into the ring itself. The negative space between its legs and body keeps the piece light and airy rather than heavy or gothic. It's an easy everyday statement ring: playful enough for a teen, understated enough for someone who likes nature-inspired jewellery without gemstones or fuss. Works as a midi ring, a thumb ring, or a quirky little gift for a reptile-keeper. The open-ish band gives a touch of size flexibility. Making it • Print in resin for the crispest toes and facial detail — this is a small model and FDM layer lines will blur the feet. • Orient the band flat on the plate with light supports under the lizard's overhanging legs, or print it as a casting master. • Scale the ring diameter to the wearer before slicing; check inner circumference against a ring-size chart. • For a metal version, use it as a lost-wax or lost-PLA burnout pattern and finish in brass, bronze or silver, then patina the recesses to make the lizard pop.
