Description

A dark, brooding band with a secret cut through its middle — this is the kind of ring that looks plain from across the room and intriguing up close. The design is a fairly wide statement band, but instead of a single solid wall it's sliced by a pair of long horizontal openings that run most of the way round, leaving three slim parallel rails held together at the shoulders. The render's deep bronze-brown tone gives it a tarnished, ancient feel that fits the Nazgul / Lord of the Rings inspiration — a wraith-king's ring rather than a bright wedding band. There's a faceted, slightly hand-hewn quality to the surface that leans into the dark-fantasy mood. It's a great everyday-cool piece for fantasy fans, a cosplay accessory, or a quietly unusual unisex band. The open slots also make it lighter on the finger than its width suggests. A few making notes: • If you're resin-printing for wear, orient the band on an angle so the internal slots clear cleanly and supports don't scar the visible outer face. • Test your ring size on a cheap draft first; the parallel rails leave little room to resize afterwards. • Those thin bridges are the weak point — a tough resin (or a metal cast from the print) will survive daily wear far better than a brittle standard resin. • Cast in bronze or steel and force a patina for the full weathered, worn-by-a-wraith look; or leave it matte black for a stealthier version.
