Dragon Door Knocker STL

A snarling dragon's head clutching a heavy ring — a proper knock-and-be-heard door piece. Even in silhouette the character is clear: a horned, spiky-jawed beast head, all ridges and gnashed teeth, with a chunky suspended ring hanging below where the hinge swings. It is the classic gothic door knocker reimagined as a printable STL, equal parts guardian and greeting. Mount it on a front door, a garden gate, a games-room entrance or a themed bedroom; at smaller scale it works as a drawer pull, a wall hook or a fantasy-desk ornament. It suits medieval, castle and tabletop-fantasy decor especially well. Print notes • Two parts in spirit: the head plate and the swinging ring. Print the ring separately (or print-in-place if the model is set up for it) so it moves freely. • The head is best printed face-up or on its back; expect supports under the overhanging brow, horns and jaw. • For a working knocker, use a tough filament such as PETG, ASA or a carbon-fill with high infill so it survives real strikes; PLA is fine for a purely decorative piece. • Finish with a metallic primer and a black or brown wash wiped into the recesses for an aged wrought-iron or bronze look. Scale it up for a real door or down for dolls-house and diorama detail.
