Hand Organiser

Everyday clutter is a solved problem in principle - you put a dish by the door - but nobody much wants another plain dish. Casting the tidy as an open hand is the sort of small joke that keeps an organiser in use: rings, loose change, guitar picks and the odd stray key end up in a palm instead of a bowl. Hand-shaped objects have a long run in interior design, from Art Deco ashtrays to the brass palms that turn up in every antiques centre, and a printed one puts that look within reach of an evening. It works on a hallway shelf, a bedside table, a bathroom counter or a studio bench, and it is just as happy holding paperclips as jewellery. It comes as a single file - one of the more straightforward things here to add to a print queue.
