Bald, bug-eyed and permanently exasperated — the world's most famous cartoon dad, boiled down to a chubby little egg. This is Homer as a caricature keyring: an ovoid green head with two big protruding spherical eyes, a rounded button nose, and a stubbly jowl bunched under the mouth.
