Kt Raspberry

A raspberry treated as an object rather than as fruit: the clustered, bead-like drupelets that give the berry its bumpy skin, gathered into a rounded body with the little crown of leaves and a short stem at the top. It belongs to the run of fruit forms people keep on kitchen shelves and windowsills — the sort of thing that sits in a bowl with a couple of others, or on its own beside a chopping board and a jar of wooden spoons. All those small facets catch light differently from every angle, which is what stops the shape reading as a plain sphere.
