Mesh Tray

A crisp little basket-weave tray for the tidy-minded. The base is a geometric open lattice — rows of chevron ribs interlocking into a woven mat — set inside a low square rim, with four upright brackets rising like stubby posts at each corner. The negative space between the weave lets crumbs, water or dust fall straight through, so it works as much as a functional drainer as it does a decorative catch-all. Drop it by the sink for soap and sponges, on a desk for pens and paperclips, or by the door for keys and coins; the raised corners keep taller items from sliding off. Print notes • Prints flat on the bed with no supports — the lattice overhangs are short and bridge cleanly. • PETG shrugs off bathroom moisture; PLA is fine for a dry desk. • Two or three perimeters keep the thin ribs strong; scale in X/Y to resize the footprint without redrawing. • A textured or satin build plate leaves a pleasant matte finish on the underside.
