A boho dreamcatcher you thread yourself: printed frame, hand-strung web. This wall hanging pairs a printed skeleton with a bit of string-art craft. The large outer hoop is a solid printed ring; you lace cord back and forth across it to build the radiating web, and here it has been worked into a crisp diamond-star pattern that frames an open central eye. Below the main ring hang three smaller printed medallions, each a little geometric star wheel, and from those dangle three feather charms with finely ribbed, feather-vein detailing, all shown in a warm coral-orange filament that gives it a cheerful, folk feel. It is made to hang on a wall, over a bed, in a nursery or a reading nook, and it makes a lovely make-and-gift project because the threading step lets the recipient add their own colour. Print notes • Print the hoop, medallions and feathers flat; the feathers especially want to lie down for clean vein lines. • No supports are needed on the flat parts, and keeping the ring notches clean matters because that is where the cord anchors. • Use a smooth PLA and any thin cotton or nylon cord for the web; a contrasting cord colour looks striking against the frame. • Assemble with small jump rings or knotted cord between the ring, medallions and feathers so it drapes naturally.
