Weird Pi Camera Housing

Single-board cameras usually live naked, taped to a shelf edge with a ribbon cable trailing off behind them. This housing is a reply to that, and a deliberately odd one: an enclosure with far more personality than the usual rectangular project box, meant to sit out in the open on a bookcase or windowsill rather than be hidden behind the books. The idea is a camera that looks like an object instead of an exposed circuit board, a small sculptural shell that gives the electronics somewhere to live and gives the room something less clinical to look at. Anyone running a print-monitoring camera, a doorway watcher or a home-automation build arrives at exactly this problem eventually. Household hardware, dressed up enough that you stop noticing it in the corner.
