Astraeus Super-Heavy Tank

Super-heavy armour, Primaris pattern. The Astraeus is the heaviest single vehicle a Space Marine force fields, a slab-sided hull that rides above the ground on grav plates rather than tracks and carries gun barrels long enough to make the rest of the motor pool look like scouts. On the table it is an apocalypse-scale choice rather than a rank-and-file one: the model an army gets built around, brought out for the big games where a squad of infantry counts as a rounding error. It is equally a modelling project, with acres of flat armour plate that reward transfers, weathering and a properly worked-up display base. This arrives as a large multi-part kit, and it suits a collector who already has the infantry and now wants the centrepiece that finishes the shelf.
