Vampire Ring

A snarling vampire visage cast into an open-backed band. This ring is built around a sculpted face: a fanged, hollow-cheeked vampire or demon head with a furrowed brow, swept-back hair and a wide, teeth-baring snarl. The head sits as the centrepiece where a stone would normally go, and the band sweeps open behind it in a split-shank, wraparound style rather than a closed hoop. The sculpting is faceted and slightly low-poly, which gives it a raw, gothic, hand-cast look — all the better once it's finished in blackened silver or antiqued bronze so the recesses go dark and the high points gleam. It's a statement piece for gothic, horror and Halloween wear, cosplay kit, or fans of vampire lore who want something with real bite. The open back also makes it forgiving on sizing. Print and cast notes: • Best routed through resin: print at 0.025–0.05mm layers on an SLA/DLP machine for crisp fangs and facial detail, angled about 30° with light supports on the inner band. • For metal, use castable resin and lost-wax casting; the face detail comes alive with an oxidised patina and a polished highlight pass. • Check the internal band diameter against your ring size and scale to fit before slicing. A dark, characterful piece that wears as a proper conversation-starter.
