Description
A crisp, modern mid-rise rendered as a clean architectural massing model. Two rectangular blocks meet at a taller pitched-roof core, with rows of ribbon windows scored evenly across every face. The standout feature is a rounded, stepped corner tower — a curved, tiered volume that breaks up the otherwise boxy geometry — joined by rooftop plant, a small vent-and-chimney cluster and a projecting entrance bay down at street level. It all rests on a two-tier rectangular base that reads as a landscaped plot. This is a generic contemporary building rather than a named landmark, and that's the point: it's a flexible filler for city dioramas, architectural presentation boards, model railways and tabletop urban scenery. Print a few and you've got yourself a downtown block. Print notes: • The low, faceted geometry prints fast and clean; stand it upright on the base and the walls need no supports. • The window reveals are shallow scored lines — a fine layer height (0.12-0.16 mm) keeps them legible, and resin gives the sharpest window rows at tiny N or HO scales. • The rounded corner tower's stacked lip may want a whisper of support at each step overhang if you print large. • Print in neutral grey and wash the recesses to pop the window grid, or paint it up as a lived-in city block.
