Greenskin engineering is a joke with a body count, and the Big Mek is the punchline: a hulking, self-taught mechanic who builds weapons nobody sane would care to stand behind. This one hauls the infamous teleport cannon, a scrap-welded contraption that grabs something small and screaming from elsewhere and flings it straight through the enemy line. As a character piece it does a lot of work in an orky force. The mek is the warband's technical authority, the reason the vehicles run at all, and he is usually trailed by grots, tools and half-finished gubbins. This sculpt is offered as an alternative to the familiar version for players who would rather their mek looked like their own. It suits greenskin collectors, kitbashers raiding a mob for parts, and anyone who enjoys a model whose weapon is plainly more dangerous to its user than to the target.
