Description

A kitbasher's rack of armoured sci-fi legs, eight poses ready to pin on. Despite the listing name, what you get here is a set of power-armour leg assemblies, and the file list backs that up, eight variants of heavy trooper legs plus mirrored copies. Each pair shows the same grimdark language: bulky armoured thighs, segmented knee guards with a domed kneepad, ridged greaves and broad stomping boots, all sculpted with rivet lines and plate seams. The poses run from a wide neutral stance to advancing, striding and braced positions, and the mirrored versions let you flip the lead leg so no two conversions look identical. They're aimed squarely at 28mm tabletop hobbyists building or converting heavy infantry proxies, swap them onto existing torsos, mix the poses across a squad, or use them to add dynamism to static kits. Print notes • Resin at 0.03–0.05 mm layers gives the sharpest plate edges and rivet detail for models this size. • Print upright or slightly tilted with supports on the inner leg and the sole of the boot to keep the outer armour faces clean. • Each leg set has a flat base contact and a torso-mating surface, dry-fit and pin at the waist before gluing, especially for the more dynamic poses. • Deburr the mating collar so torsos seat flush; a touch of green stuff hides any gap at the belt line. Mix, mirror and magnetise across a whole unit for a squad that reads as individuals rather than clones.
