Armiger Moirax – Specialist Light Knight Variant

The Armiger Moirax exists to do a very specific job, and it does it without hesitation. Where standard Armigers lean into straightforward pressure, the Moirax is about specialisation. Once it’s on the table, it signals that certain lanes, targets, or approaches are no longer safe. That alone shapes movement and deployment more than its size suggests. On the tabletop, Moirax-style Knights reward deliberate positioning and role clarity. They’re often used to support larger Knights by covering angles, controlling space, or threatening targets that would otherwise be ignored. You don’t rush them forward blindly, but you also don’t keep them passive — they work best when they’re given a defined task and allowed to execute it consistently. This is a full Light Knight build rather than an upgrade or partial kit, making it suitable as a standalone piece or as a deliberate contrast within a group of Armigers. Once deployed, it reads immediately as something a little different, a little more dangerous, and very much intentional — which is exactly what a Moirax should feel like.
