Battle Damaged Space Heads

Helmeted heads for power-armoured proxies, chewed up the way a helmet gets chewed up over a long campaign: cracked lenses, gouged crests, dents where a round has skidded off the faceplate rather than punched through it. Battle damage is the quickest way to make a force look like it has been somewhere. A line of identical marines reads as a display piece, while the same line with split visors and scarred helms reads as survivors, and the head is where a viewer looks first. These are conversion bits rather than a finished miniature, the sort of thing kitbashers keep in a tray for sergeants, veterans and any model that needs to stand out from the rank and file. Sculpted in the grimdark idiom at the usual 28mm heroic scale, and supplied as a multi-part set rather than a single sculpt.
