A brooding high-rise tower, all setbacks and rooftop antennae, on its own display plinth. This architectural model is a modern skyscraper with a strong art-deco skeleton. The body steps inward as it climbs, breaking into clustered vertical bays and recessed setbacks that throw deep shadow lines down the facade. Horizontal window banding wraps the lower shaft in tight, regular ribs, while the crown bristles with a machine-room block, a domed arch feature and a pair of slender broadcast antennae. It's mounted on a thin square base that frames it like a presentation piece straight off an architect's desk. The stark grey render suits it: this is a moody landmark for a diorama, a cyberpunk cityscape, a wargaming board or a model-railway skyline, and it works equally well as a minimalist desk sculpture. Print notes • Print upright as designed — vertical orientation keeps the window ribbing sharp and avoids stair-stepping across the horizontal bands. • The overhanging setbacks and the antennae are the only fragile parts; a few fine supports under the ledges and mast will do it. • Scale it to your layout: shrink for N/HO-gauge background buildings, or enlarge for a chunky N-scale foreground tower. • The flat plinth prints raft-free; a coat of grey primer plus a light drybrush instantly sells the concrete-and-glass look.
