Blood Angels Furioso Dreadnought

When a Space Marine is too badly wounded to keep fighting but too valuable to lose, he is interred in a walking sarcophagus and woken for war. The Furioso pattern is the close-quarters answer to that idea: a broad-shouldered walker built around the front-mounted casket, with oversized arms meant for tearing through armour rather than shooting at it from a distance. The Blood Angels field these heavily, and the chapter's appetite for the assault gives the model its character — a piece meant for the sharp end of the table, in among the enemy line rather than parked behind cover. At tabletop wargaming scale it makes an obvious centrepiece for a loyalist force, or a stand-in for one in a friendly game. It comes as a multi-part kit, which suits painters who like to work on subassemblies before anything is joined.
