In deep oxblood red with a wet, lacquered sheen, this piece is a four-lobed emblem: four long, pointed leaf-shaped petals radiating from a small square opening at the centre, arranged in a balanced X so the whole thing reads as either a stylised flower or a pair of mirrored butterfly wings. Each petal face carries faint incised detailing - script-like flourishes catching the light across the curved surface - and the petals lift and twist slightly out of plane, giving the flat emblem real three-dimensional lift.
