Bridge-Toll Ogre Warden - Tabletop Miniature

Every table has met the same ogre: a grey lump with a club, swung once, forgotten by the following session, and a fresh paint scheme does not hand it a personality it was never sculpted with. This one is a bridge-toll warden, eight feet of pot-bellied tusked giant-kin who has appointed himself official collector of a crossing nobody made him warden of and who conducts the shakedown with the gravity of state office. A lichen-crusted granite milestone is lashed across his gut with fat tarred hemp rope, worn as a breastplate of office. A storm-felled oak cudgel, bark still clinging and four cart horseshoes nailed into the head, is hugged upright against his sternum with one forearm clamped over it; an iron-banded oak toll chest with a crude keyhole and no key is wedged under the other arm and jammed against his hip. The tolls already collected ride on his bald sunburnt crown, a moss-green felt hat, a wheat-straw one and an oxblood leather cap stacked straight up off a neckless head tipped back in self-importance. Underfoot is packed highway earth with two cart ruts tooled shallow across it, a snapped signpost arm and one dropped copper coin pressed in flush. Clay-brown hide, liverish shadow in the folds, yellow-ivory tusks over dark plum gums, piggish muddy-green eyes. From across a room it reads instantly as an ogre standing in a road, demanding money. WHAT YOU GET: one mesh of the complete figure with the base sculpted in as a single continuous mass. 201,988 triangles, watertight and manifold, one part, uncut. As supplied it measures 66.401 × 60.121 × 100 mm. PRINTING IT: the model fits the build plate and sliced in 221 minutes on the profile used, at 74.1053 cm³ of solid volume. That works out to roughly 48.21 g if you load PLA, calculated from the extruded volume at PLA density rather than reported by the slicer. Overhanging surface measures 8.97 percent, and the thinnest wall in the mesh is 0.774 mm at the size above, so scaling down to 28-32 mm heroic thins it in proportion. ASSEMBLY: none. The figure, cudgel, toll chest, hat stack and base are one part, and the model was not cut. LICENCE: print it as many times as you like for yourself, your table and gifts. The file itself stays with you and is not for sharing, reselling or re-uploading. If you want to sell printed copies, a commercial licence is available as a separate tier.
