Description
A curved corrugated-roof outbuilding, the sort of humble structure that fills the gaps in a scene. What the model actually shows is a small building with a semi-cylindrical, ribbed roof — a barrel of corrugated sheeting arching over an open bay — closed at one end by a tall, angled gable wall that leans in like a buttress. A slim mast or pole and a small disc project from the side. It has the flavour of a Nissen hut, a station canopy or a trackside lean-to rather than a grand tower, so treat the "tower" name loosely. It's built for dioramas, model railways and tabletop terrain: a workshop, storage shed, shelter or industrial outbuilding tucked beside a line or a road. Weathered up with rust washes, the ribbed roof takes drybrushing beautifully. Print notes: • Orient with the flat base down; the curved roof may want light supports along its overhang, or slice it and print the roll separately for a cleaner top surface. • FDM at 0.12–0.16mm captures the corrugation ribs; resin is even sharper if you're working at small railway scales. • Scale to your gauge (OO/HO, N, or 28mm wargaming) before slicing, since it isn't dimensioned for a single standard. • Because it reads as an ambiguous structure, I'm describing purely what's visible in the render — confirm intended use before building a whole layout around it.
