A blade of glass and steel, shrunk to sit on your shelf. This model captures the Comcast Technology Center as a lean supertall that climbs in two stacked volumes: a broad lower shaft ribbed with tightly spaced floor bands, and a narrower upper block that steps back before tapering into a slim antenna mast. The whole tower rises off a low rectangular plaza plinth with a textured groundwork base, and the vertical circulation spine running up the rear edge gives it that unmistakable off-centre, asymmetric silhouette. Rendered in clean monochrome, it reads as a study in proportion rather than surface detail, which makes it a natural fit for architectural massing models, N- or HO-scale cityscapes, model-railway backdrops and desktop skyline collections. Print it a little taller and it becomes a striking standalone statement piece for anyone who loves modern high-rise engineering. Because it is so slender and top-heavy, print orientation matters. Stand it upright for the crispest floor lines, or lay it back at a slight angle if your printer struggles with the tall aspect ratio. Print notes • FDM at 0.12–0.16mm layers keeps the horizontal floor banding sharp; resin gives you the fine mast. • The antenna spire is fragile — add a light support raft and handle it gently after removal. • The wide plinth base doubles as built-in adhesion; no brim usually needed. • Scale down for railway dioramas or up to 200mm+ for a bold single-tower display.
