A torso component for the grimmest of the power-armoured orders: the knightly brotherhood that keeps its own counsel, wears monastic robes over its plate and treats its own records as closer to a penance than a history. The chest is where a warrior's identity actually sits on the tabletop. It carries the heraldry, the devotional detail and the layered plating that separates a rank-and-file trooper from something older and more decorated, which is why swapping it is the quickest way to turn a generic body into a specific character. This is a kitbasher's component rather than a finished figure, the part you print when a squad needs someone distinct at its head or an existing model wants pulling into line with the rest of a force.
