Dark Angels Dark Talon

A gunship built for the secretive First Legion, the Dark Talon is the heavy end of their airborne wing: a broad, hunched attack flyer with a forward weapon mount slung under the nose and a hull dressed in the winged, hooded iconography that marks these knights out from every other chapter. It is a strike craft rather than a transport, designed in the fiction to sweep in low, dump its payload over a target and vanish before questions get asked. That character shows in the shape — squat, armoured, all mass and menace instead of elegance, with the robed, monastic ornamentation the legion applies to its war machines. Supplied as a multi-part kit for 28mm heroic-scale tabletops, it works as a proxy flyer for an existing force or as a display centrepiece for anyone who paints the sombre knights of the hidden order.
