Head swaps do more work than almost any other conversion. Change the helm and a rank of otherwise identical power-armoured troopers suddenly belongs to a specific order rather than to nobody in particular. This one is cut for Primaris-scale warriors of the sombre knight-monk chapter, a brotherhood that fights in ceramite but thinks like a medieval order, with a long memory and a longer list of things it does not discuss outside its own walls. A chapter-appropriate helm is the cheapest way to put that character onto a model without resculpting anything else, and it reads from across the table in a way that a shoulder detail never quite does.
