Static defence is a grimdark idea in itself: a heavy gun bolted to a fortified plinth, its gunner wired into the machine and never leaving the emplacement while the fighting moves around him. That is the role this turret plays, an automated weapon platform holding an objective, a gateway or a landing pad in place of a squad. The outline is squat and armoured, a rotating housing sitting over a fixed base with the barrel dominating the front, nearer to a piece of fortification than to a vehicle. On the table it reads exactly as heavy support should: dug in, expensive to shift, and worth building a defensive line around.
