This is the figure who bosses them about, the one whose job is deciding where all that firepower gets pointed and who makes very sure everyone else can see how much he spent on his own gun. Ork character is the whole point of a sculpt like this. Slab shoulders, jutting jaw and a heap of scavenged plating and trophies give a shape that reads clearly at arm's length across a gaming table, which matters when a mob leader has to be picked out of a crowd of rank-and-file boyz at a glance.
