Plague forces run on rot, and their hovering war machines are the ugliest expression of it. This is a proxy for the bloated drone that drifts across a battlefield on a labouring turbine, part daemon and part engine, with tentacles trailing beneath a distended body that was never meant to leave the ground. Machines of this sort are cobbled together by the contagion-worshipping legions from whatever will hold long enough to reach the enemy, which is why the subject reads as diseased even at arm's length across a table. It comes as a multi-part kit and is aimed at collectors who already field a plague army and want a second or third drone aloft without three identical hulls facing the same way. As a battlefield presence it is slow, grotesque and thoroughly unpleasant to stand near.
