Description
A slender high-rise tower ready to anchor your miniature skyline. This model reproduces a chamfered-corner commercial tower: a tall, narrow block that climbs in two subtly stepped sections from a stamped rectangular plinth. Look closely and the architecture reads clearly. Continuous horizontal floor bands wrap every face, while a column of recessed rectangular window panels marches straight up the cut corner, giving the building the clean, repetitive rhythm of a mid-century office or apartment high-rise. The crowned parapet and the way the corner faces are bevelled back keep it from ever reading as a plain box. This one is built for scenery rather than the display shelf. Drop it into a city diorama, a model-railway backdrop, or a tabletop wargame board where you need believable urban density. A cluster of them makes a convincing downtown at small scale; printed larger, it works as a standalone architectural study. Print notes • Print vertically, base-down, so the footprint gives a stable, support-free bottom and the roof detail stays crisp. • Resin suits N, OO and 6-10mm scales where the fine window recesses matter; FDM handles it well once scaled past roughly 150mm tall. • Hollow the interior with a drain hole to save material on taller prints. • Bare grey plastic takes a base coat and wash beautifully; a dark wash pulls out every floor line.
