A modern high-rise tower to anchor a miniature city block. This scale-model skyscraper is a slender rectangular office or residential tower rising from a low podium building, the whole thing seated on a square groundplate. The facade is worked in a crisp grid of recessed windows, with one face treated in dark tone and vertical fluting running up another edge for a two-tone contemporary look. At the base, a smaller annex block with its own rows of windows and a stepped rooftop breaks up the footprint, while a slim antenna or vent caps the summit. It is built for model-railway layouts, N and HO cityscapes, architectural massing studies, wargaming urban tables, or simply a clean desk model. Its regular geometry makes it an easy, repeatable filler for a dense skyline. Print notes • Prints upright with no supports; the flat base gives a stable footprint. • Fine window mullions come out crispest on resin, but FDM at 0.12mm with 2 perimeters handles the recessed grid well. • Scale down for background buildings (N/T gauge) or up for a foreground hero structure. • Prime grey, then a light drybrush picks out the window frames; mask the dark face to nail the two-tone effect.
