A pocket-sized slice of downtown, tower block and water tank included. The model is a modern high-rise built from three massing elements: a tall cylindrical drum of a tower, ringed with horizontal floor bands and open at the very top, wedged between two rectilinear office slabs whose facades are gridded with rows of rectangular windows. A tiny rooftop water tower perches on one wing, and the whole cluster sits on a square plinth with a stepped kerb, so it drops neatly into a city block. It's built for miniature cityscapes — architectural dioramas, model-railway backdrops, wargaming urban terrain, or an N/HO-scale skyline. Grouped with other blocks it fills out a downtown; on its own it makes a clean, modernist desk model. Print notes • The stepped plinth means it prints flat on the bed with no supports; the open top of the cylinder even leaves a natural pen or plant well if you scale it up. • Fine window mullions are the detail to protect — a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.16 mm layers keeps the grids crisp without stringing. • Print in grey or white and it's ready to weather; a thin black wash sinks straight into the window recesses to read as glazing. • Scale to suit your gauge — shrink it for background flats or enlarge it for a foreground hero building.
