Gravis Armour Captain

Gravis-pattern plate is what a Space Marine wears when the job is holding ground instead of taking it: a thicker, heavier suit built for endurance rather than speed, swelling the wearer's outline into something closer to a walking bunker. An officer in it is there to anchor a line and be seen doing it. For a modeller the appeal is that bulk. A standard marine reads as a soldier; a Gravis captain reads as a slab of armour with a man somewhere inside it, which hands the painter broad, uninterrupted surfaces and a silhouette that will not be mistaken for the squad standing around him. Fourteen files make this a multi-part character kit rather than a single print. It is an HQ centrepiece for grimdark tabletop wargaming, whether it gets fielded as a proxy commander, built as a display piece, or kept as the one model in the army worth taking your time over.
