Description
A hunkered-down outpost bristling with masts and vents, built to hold a line. The Guard Station is a compact sci-fi structure sitting on a raised square footing, part checkpoint, part bunker. A long, rounded-roof main hall sits low and heavy, its walls ribbed with horizontal armour bands and stepped buttresses, while a faceted hexagonal watchtower rises alongside with a slotted vision band wrapped around its head. Two slim comms masts and a stubby antenna spike up from the roofline, and a smaller vented annex, all louvres and blast panels, clusters to one side. It clearly belongs to a grim, industrial future rather than a gleaming utopia. This is scatter terrain and objective-marker material for 28 to 32 mm sci-fi skirmish games, and a strong centrepiece for a spaceport, prison colony or frontier-base board. Print notes: • FDM-friendly: the big flat walls and chunky forms print clean at 0.16 to 0.2 mm with no supports on the main mass. • The masts and antenna are the delicate parts, so support them lightly or print them flat and separately, then glue on. • Works as a single model, but you can scale it up into a full building or shrink it as a background silhouette. • Prime dark, dry-brush the ribbed panels in gunmetal, then add hazard stripes and grime for instant tabletop presence.
