Heavy Intercessors

Gravis armour answers a simple question: what if a Space Marine's plate were built for standing firm and soaking up punishment rather than moving quickly? Heavy Intercessors are the battleline troops who wear it, broader and considerably slower than their standard-armoured brothers, carrying heavy bolt rifles and holding ground that lighter squads cannot. On the table they fill the role of an immovable centre, the unit you park on an objective and dare an opponent to shift. That weight has to show in the sculpt, and the appeal of a Gravis model is exactly that exaggerated outline: thick layered plates, a head sunk low between enormous shoulders, reinforced greaves and a stance built for absorbing fire. A multi-part kit at 28mm tabletop scale, useful for squad-building, proxying existing Primaris units, or adding heavier bodies to a chapter force that has drifted too light.
