Horror Daemons Squad

Chaos gets its infantry from things like these: capering, boneless little terrors that pour through a tear in reality and set about the battle line with fistfuls of raw sorcery. The squad is sculpted mid-cavort, all lolling grins and reaching claws, bodies that seem barely to have settled on a shape before being flung into the world. Nothing about them is disciplined, and that is the whole point of them. For a grimdark tabletop force these are the swarm you field in numbers rather than the elite you agonise over: cheap, gleeful, expendable, and awkward for an opponent to ignore. They come as a multi-part kit at tabletop wargaming scale, useful either as a proxy in an existing warp-touched army or as a unit in their own right. Massed together on a movement tray they stop reading as models and start reading as a tide, which is exactly what a horror squad should do.
