Few vehicles in grimdark science fiction carry the same presence: a slab-sided, heavily armoured tracked transport designed to drive elite infantry straight into the enemy line and put its front ramp down in their faces. Sponson-mounted heavy weapons and a hull gun make it as much a gun platform as a carrier, which is why it so often ends up as the anchor of a list. This comes as a substantial multi-part kit, aimed at collectors and army-builders who want a proxy for the classic pattern and are content to spend an evening on assembly and clean-up before it hits the undercoat. At tabletop wargaming scale it holds a display board or a shelf on its own, and it repays patient painting — panel lines, hatches and hull plating give washes and edge work plenty to catch on.
