Anti-grav skimmers exist to do the work a battle tank cannot: running ahead of the advance, hunting armour from the flank, and being somewhere else by the time the return fire arrives. The Javelin is one of the heavier patterns, built around its armament rather than around carrying anyone. As a model it is all long horizontal lines. The hull sits on nothing, the frame stays low and flat, and the weaponry is carried high above it, so the thing reads as speed even parked motionless on a table. That is why a speeder so often ends up as the piece people look at first in a force that is otherwise infantry. Thirty-three files make this a substantial multi-part kit rather than a one-press vehicle. It is intended as a fast-attack proxy for grimdark tabletop games, for players who enjoy the build as much as the game it gets used in.
