Mega Million Project

A modern high-rise, shrunk to the palm of your hand. This is a scale architectural model of a slab-form skyscraper: a tall, narrow tower with a subtly tapering profile, mounted on a stepped rectangular plinth. The broad face is covered in a fine grid of recessed windows, row upon row climbing the full height, while the side wall reads as a flat, dark curtain of structure — the classic contrast of a glazed frontage against a solid service core. The clean, minimal massing gives it the look of a mid-century commercial tower or a landmark office block. It's aimed at diorama builders, model-railway and N/HO cityscape makers, urban-planning presentation boards, and anyone assembling a miniature skyline. Dropped among smaller buildings it instantly becomes the centrepiece high-rise. Print notes: • Print vertically to keep the window grid sharp on all faces; a 0.2mm layer height keeps the mullions clean without endless print time. • The gridded facade is very forgiving of supports — you'll mostly need them only under the base overhang. • Scale to your layout: shrink for N-gauge background filler, or enlarge as a hero building; the flat footprint stays stable either way. • A coat of grey primer plus a black wash floods the window recesses and makes the glazing pattern read from across the room. Print the base separately if you want a two-tone finish.
